What would June 29th be without fireworks? Oh yeah, only Boonville has 2 celebrations with fireworks.

Little Sweetie broke her arm on July 5th, in Ethan's room. She was rolling around with her wheelie, heelie, spinners or whatever they're called and fell over backwards landing all her weight on left hand. The photo below is her finally napping the day after. She had a good dose of narcotics, 2 frozen pea bags and a comfy sofa to sleep off some of the pain.

Look what a little nappin will do for ya. You're ready to swat the biggest brother you have up side the head! Just jokin'. She was proud she could do that without too much pain. I didn't bother to tell her she was still feeling the effects of the pain medicine!

I don't have any pics to show you of what Ethan's been up to. Baseball, workin' with Greg and helping around the house. Plus, he's at that age.....13ish going on crabby.
We are anxiously awaiting the arrival of family from Arizona, Greg's sister, Elaine and her girls Lauren and Mackenzie. They'll be here Saturday and stay over a week. Should have lots of fun and pictures from next week to share.
Anyone out there a reader? Have you read Pillars of the Earth by Ken Follett? OMG! It's a on the edge of your seat book with over 900 pages that keeps it in your hands at all times. Fairly explicit, more than a PG13 rating, but never the less a very good read and I'm only half way through.
Off to help the kiddo with her bath, Glad Press and Seal works wonders!
