Jesus said, "...If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you." (Matthew 17:14-20)
Friends, today, I need a mountain to move. God knows my heart and what this mountain is. I've always been so very private when it comes to my spirituality and rarely share that openly with anyone. I won't go into details because I'm sure it would seem trivial to anyone not walking in my shoes.
The problem is....I don't know if my faith today is as big as a mustard seed. But humbly and openly I am asking for your prayer today for my mountain to move. I am hoping that maybe someone out there in cyberland has many mustard seeds of faith that they can spread over my mountain for me.
Without trying to sound trite because I know you can't hear my words, I would be eternally grateful. And at some point I can maybe share with you some of the things that has led me to this point in my life. Before rumors get started, it has nothing to do with the kids, they're fine! Greg is healthy and well too.
Psalm 131 (New International Version)
My heart is not proud, O LORD,
My heart is not proud, O LORD,
my eyes are not haughty;
I do not concern myself with great matters
or things too wonderful for me.
But I have stilled and quieted my soul;
But I have stilled and quieted my soul;
like a weaned child with its mother,
like a weaned child is my soul within me.
O Israel, put your hope in the LORD
O Israel, put your hope in the LORD
both now and forevermore.
